By default, the lights shift from gold yellow (6 am to 8 am) to white (after 8 am), then gradually transition to blue (6 pm to 10:50 pm), remaining off for the rest of the day. You can use the 24H button and 6 time point indicators to customize the first running time, advancing or delaying the cycle as needed.
